Carbon steel nakiri 18cm with boxwood handle
The rounded Classic series is Pallarès Solsona's biggest eye catcher, with the nakiri model being very different from the regular rounded and straight models. This knife features a mostly straight (aside from the slightly rounded base and tip) edge blade made out of excellently tempered CX65 carbon steel with convex grind, and a tough and durable boxwood handle.
The blade length is 18cm, the handle 12,5cm.  Total length: 30,5cm.
